What You'll Do:
- Provide BCBA supervision for assigned cases.
- Oversee treatment plans, BIPs, and clinical programming.
- Conduct assessments and complete progress reports.
- Supervise and support BTs and Case Managers.
- Provide parent/caregiver training.
- Monitor client progress and ensure quality of care.
What We're Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Strong communication and clinical leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable providing telehealth supervision.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
