What You’ll Do
- Provide BCBA supervision for assigned cases
- Oversee treatment plans, BIPs, and clinical programming
- Conduct assessments and complete progress reports
- Supervise and support BTs and Case Managers
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Monitor client progress and ensure quality of care
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Strong communication and clinical leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable providing telehealth supervision
Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
